Eating a healthy diet, by not eating less

People nowadays tend to go through several diets, were they include eating small amount of food, no carbs, or basically not eating. There are people that even drink shakes instead of eating. Having a healthy eating style doesn’t mean this things. Your body needs all of the types of food, but in a measured way.


One of the most important things in life, are the things you eat. Eating in excess is not good, everything should be eaten in a measured way, were you don’t affect you health. Eating too much carbs or eating too much protein is bad. You can’t just eat one type of food. If you are in a diet, once you finish it you will end up going back to your old eating style.


Instead of being in a diet you can follow the correct way of eating. First of all, the ideal times of eating a day is five meals. Along the five meals, you need to combine all of the foods in each meal. Here are a few steps for you to follow the diet:


1) At breakfast, eat a strong meal were you mix protein, carbs, and a small amount of fats. Make sure that the protein is the bigger piece you are going to eat. Try to have he carbs be fruit, not cereal nor bread. The fats should be a very small amount, we record you to eat as fats almond or nuts.


2). The second meal should be a small snack, the ideal snack should be a fruit. Do not eat any fats. That snack should be not that much, its just to calm yourself from eating anything bad before the meal.


3) The third meal of the day need to be strong, since the dinner will be small. Mix protein, it can be chicken breast, meat, pork… Add some carbs, it can be vegetables, rice, quinoa, or wheats. The ideal fat to add in a diet is avocado.


4) The last meal should be a small meal, only one type of food. The best recommendations to eat for dinner are a salad, tuna, grilled chicken, avocado toast, or a fruit.




Everything you eat influences in your life, you can start by following this routine tomorrow, you’ll see great results in your body. It may be hard leaving all the junk food at first, changing all of your food is not easy. It’s a challenge you will place for yourself. Putting challenges in your life, improves and keeps you occupied. Keeping this habits will benefit you in many ways. Try this diet!
